Free printable
Free printable weekly meal planner for Crohn's and colitis
Plan a week from meals you already know sit well with you: seven days of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, plus a column for how each one went and a shopping list.
US Letter, prints fine on A4. No sign-up, no email.
How to use it
- Print the two pages (or download the PDF): the week's plan and a shopping list.
- Fill the plan from meals you've logged as fine before. Repeating a few reliable meals is normal and makes patterns easier to see.
- Change one thing at a time. If you want to try something new, put it in one slot, not three, so you can tell what caused what.
- Tick how each meal went in the last column, and carry the good ones into next week's plan.
- This planner doesn't tell you what to eat. Your IBD team or a dietitian can help if you're losing weight or cutting out a lot of foods.
